Foutloos - Zeehrond

On Friday, October 2, 'Zeehrond'—the new single from ᖴOᑌTᒪOOᔕ—will be released.

2026 is shaping up to be a great year for ᖴOᑌTᒪOOᔕ. Not only did the trio serve as artists-in-residence at De Grote Post and see their single *Speelkleeren* picked up by the radio station Klara, but Lefto also selected their track *Gevaarluk* for the Jazz Cats 4 compilation album on SDBAN Records. They will be performing live to showcase that album this coming Wednesday at the AB.

To celebrate, ᖴOᑌTᒪOOᔕ is releasing the new single 'Zeehrond' on Friday, October 2; the track was created in the studios at De Grote Post. Inspired and challenged by the flax instruments crafted by Tim Duerinck, the band explores the boundaries of their unique combination of viola, bass, and drums. The flax viola allows them to enrich the classic string sound with distortion and feedback, opening the door to a massive, adventurous sonic landscape. Raw, abrasive, and without a safety net—that is the direction ᖴOᑌTᒪOOᔕ is taking with 'Zeehrond'.
